1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is S.P.H. MIX s.c. J.T. Ciborska, J.M. Ciborska, I. Ciborski, ul. Robotnicza 46a, 53-608 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID PL8950013375, email: addict@addict.pl, phone +48 71 359 41 41. You can contact us at this email address in all matters concerning personal data.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data submitted via the inquiry form (name, company, email address, phone, message) is processed in order to:

  • respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent),
  • archive correspondence and defend against potential claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.

3. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical services for us: the website hosting and infrastructure provider and the email service provider – solely on the basis of data processing agreements and to the extent necessary to provide those services. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the correspondence and, after it ends, until the limitation period for potential claims expires (as a rule, up to 3 years). Data processed on the basis of consent will be deleted promptly after consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, write to addict@addict.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies

This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies and no tracking scripts. We only use technical browser storage mechanisms necessary for the site to function (e.g. maintaining the admin panel login session). Under applicable law these do not require user consent, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.

You can delete site data at any time in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when regulations or the way the site works change. The current version is always available at this address.
